Løvstakkens JægerkorpsAbout Løvstakkens JægerkorpsLøvstakkens was originally founded in 1903, as a pure boys-brigade, but ceased their activities in 1964. Iin 1999 they were recreated as a mixed brigade, with both boys and girls. They had their first drill as a mixed brigade in 1999, and could boost a number of 35 on that year’s national freedom day 17.May. Løvstakkens Jægerkorps has a lot of activities for their members, and for the local community, in their house located on Løvstakken, Bergen. Løvstakkens is along with Laksevågs Bueskyttere the only Buekorps that wear shirts without jackets. Løvstakkens also makes good use of the golour green, which makes them one of the most easily recognised Buekorps. |
